Weight Update

Hi all!
So far, i have lost 4 lbs. I'm so happy. My clothes fit better. My weight was 136lbs three weeks ago. It's Wednesday, so i should shed some more this week. My goal is 124 lbs.
Daily workout plan: 40 min on treadmill, weight training and abs.
